Returns & Exchanges

Any item you wish to return or exchange must be postmarked within 7 days after you have received your package; exceptions may be granted on a case by case basis.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will not accept the product if any tags have been damaged or removed.

Exchanges may only be made if the wrong size or color was ordered. If the wrong item was shipped, we will cover the shipping costs. However, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs if you decide to return or exchange the item you purchased.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund (for the item only; we do not refund shipping) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow approximately 2-5 days for the refund to be fully processed.
